What condition are the pre-loved items in?
We use a standardized grading system ranging from 'New with Tags' to 'Good Condition'. Detailed descriptions and high-resolution photos are provided for every product to highlight any minor signs of wear.
What is your return policy?
Due to the unique nature of consigned goods, we offer a 7-day return window for store credit only, provided the HIVE security tag remains attached and the item is in its original sent condition.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery times vary by location and customs processing.
Can I sell my clothes to HIVE PRELOVED?
