At HIVE PRELOVED, we want you to love your sustainable finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on all eligible items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is in the same condition as when it was delivered.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your HIVE account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the preloved items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our processing center; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is confirmed.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our team verifies the item's condition, your store credit will be issued via email within 3-5 business days to be used on your next fashion discovery.
